Off The Record aims to bring Augusta the highest quality cocktails and entertainment in a delightfully intimate room. A true collaboration between songwriter and musician - Will McCranie, highly respected cocktail specialist - Adrian Stone, and entrepreneur extraordinaire - Allan Soto (Vinea Capital).
Singer/songwriter & musician, marketing & business development professional, founder of music production & promotion company, Broken Compass Presents, and artisanal pickle company, Will’s Dills. McCranie loves downtown Augusta to a fault and hopes to share the inspiration of some of his favorite cocktail bars and intimate music venues from around the world with the Augusta community.

Adrian Stone
Journeyman cocktail guy, bar consultant & part-time poet. Adrian is a certified ‘downtowner’, with roots with the Frog Hollow Hospitality Group and the Indian Queen. He has nothing but unbridled optimism for the development of the bar community of downtown Augusta and hopes to spearhead the development of the bar scene within the city.

Allan Soto has built his career around a simple mission—helping people thrive, leading businesses that serve individuals with developmental disabilities, as well as ventures in sports and entertainment, hospitality, and real estate. Whether he’s serving on community boards, flying planes, traveling with his wife and two kids, or cheering on Miami sports, Allan brings the same passion, energy, and purpose to every part of his life.
